UCP Connect Telephony Module for UCP
Alarm notification, emergency calls and telephony from one platform
Alarm notification and emergency calls only work if the voice connection holds. UCP Connect is the telephony module of the UCP – Universal Convergence Platform: it provides the SIP connections, subscriber numbers and call routing through which UCP delivers alarms and emergency calls to the control centre. Alarm call handling, emergency calls, device management and telephony therefore come from one provider under one contract – with no carrier interface in between. UCP Connect grew out of NetherTek ECR (Effective Call Routing) and is operated and further developed by Serv24 in Winterthur.

Serv24 GmbH acquired NetherTek Schweiz GmbH as of 1 January 2026 and continues ECR under the name UCP Connect. Your subscriber numbers, configurations and contracts continue unchanged, and your credentials remain valid.
